Carrying on from the success of our branding package for the NBA on Tencent, Vanta Collective was asked to expand the package into a complete channel brand covering all aspects of Tencent Sports. This included another opening title sequence to be used for all other sporting events as well as a full suite of broadcast elements to suit.

Rebranding Tencent Sports
The opportunity to design and execute a rebrand of Tencent Sports was presented to us after successfully delivering our NBA on Tencent package. The creative team at Tencent was so pleased with our design and execution that they entrusted Vanta Collective with the challenge of creating a full rebrand of their sports channel. The scope of work encompassed all sports that Tencent streams, and we rose to the occasion by designing a visually stunning and highly engaging broadcast package including another opening title sequence to open each sports broadcast with a bang.
Despite facing several challenges, including tight deadlines and complex technical requirements, Vanta Collective delivered stunning work that went on to win several awards, including a Silver in the 2018 AEAF awards. This recognition cemented our place in the industry and opened the doors to new opportunities.
The successful rebranding of Tencent Sports was a turning point for us. This project really allowed us to showcase our creativity, innovation, and technical prowess. Our passion for motion graphics and our ability to deliver outstanding results in spite of complex delivery requirements has led to opportunities to work with some of the best brands and studios in the world.
